It is a condition of our Indemnity Insurance that all surveys must be commissioned in writing.  If you require us to conduct a survey of your boat, or the boat you wish to buy, then please  print out this form, fill it in, sign it and send it to us.  We will also send this form out to you following an initial enquiry along with a firm quotation of costs.
