Pre-purchase  Full Condition Surveys

Each Survey will be quoted depending on clients requirements.  However to give you an idea of probable costs our charges are based on a fairly standard formula of length in feet x beam in feet x 1.5

So a typical Westerly Konsort at 29 x 11 x 1.5 would cost  £478

Or a Bayliner 30 at 30 x 10 x 1.5 would cost £450

Insurance Surveys

A survey that concentrates on the risk areas with regards to your insurance cover.  £12/ft LOA (min cost £200)

Hull & Deck structure

2/3 of full Pre-purchase survey charges

Example Westerly Konsort - £318

Hull External Inspection and Hull Moisture Readings and Analysis.

1/3 of full Pre-purchase survey ( min cost £150)

Example Westerly Konsort - £159

Other Charges

Travel expenses over 10 miles from Falmouth would be charged at 40p/mile

Consultancy fees are charged at £55/hour

No VAT is currently charged
